Knight Orthodontics

I began working with Knight Orthodontics in October of 2023 to fill their digital marketing needs.

The client’s goal was to build visibility and awareness because they wanted to set themselves apart from others within their industry, while also generating leads for future patients.

I implemented effective email communication between Knight Ortho and their patients by establishing a monthly email newsletter that fostered the doctor-patient relationship, conveyed valuable oral-health related information, and drove sales. The newsletter, which I design, write copy for, and overall manage, maintains an open rate of about 60% and a CTR of 6%, both of which are over double the national average.

The services I provided were full Meta platforms management, TikTok management, creative social strategy, and paid digital advertising.

This short-form video, optimized for distribution on TikTok and Reels, was created as part of a larger social campaign that centered around the technology utilized at Knight Orthodontics for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Knight Ortho’s usage of technology sets them apart as the most advanced, efficient, and patient-oriented orthodontic services in Kentucky.

To avoid new patient anxiety and negate some of the consumer friction that results from it, I created an office tour of Knight Orthodontics that featured the incredibly friendly and welcoming office manager, Rhonda Litsey.
